The CDP School Age Program is administered by the Saugus Union School District Board of Trustees.  Highlands CDP School Age program is staffed by a Site Supervisor and Activity Leaders.  Each Site Supervisor holds a Site Supervisor Permit issued by the State of California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.  Activity Leaders meet necessary District requirements for education and experience pertaining to before & after school programs.  The Child Development Program Coordinator is responsible for the direct supervision of the program.

The CDP Programs' Site Supervisors and teachers hold current Child Development Permits, with many years of experience in the Early Childhood Development field.  Preschool teaching teams are responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.  The staff is dedicated to providing an enriching, safe, and nurturing environment for all children.
